Team Coaching Practitioner programme
In Team Coaching Practitioner programmeAbout this class
Team coaching is a strategic practice aimed at enhancing collective performance and
cohesiveness within a team. It involves working closely with a team to identify strengths,
weaknesses, and dynamics, ultimately fostering a collaborative environment where members
work towards shared goals effectively. Team Coaching Practitioner specializes in this
transformative approach, leveraging the Team Diagnostic™ by Team Coaching International and
The Five Behaviors® Model developed in collaboration with Patrick Lencioni. The aim is to drive
team effectiveness and productivity through a comprehensive and approachable model.
As authorized facilitators with extensive training, we employ reputable diagnostic tools to
provide valuable insights and initiate continuous performance improvement,
emphasizing the power of measurability in effective leadership. Through this integrated
approach, we help teams navigate their unique personalities, vision, and dynamics,
propelling them towards sustainable high-level performance.
Team Coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession
and is becoming increasingly important in organizations, including private corporations,
government agencies and non-profits. To define and guide this growing discipline,
ICF Credentials and Standards has developed the ICF Team Coaching Competencies model.
This model sets the standard for team coaching practice and serves as the foundation for
the ICF Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC).
