Woman Empowerment Leadership Management program

To promote gender equality and women’s empowerment to gain a clear understanding on the
state of women's empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community. This program is to
raise awareness of the WEPs and how they can provide guidance to help companies integrating
gender perspective into their programme, policies and reporting.
Evidence shows that women empowerment has a profound influence on the use of health services
that could be linked to reproductive health outcomes.
There are 8 modules in total. Each modules will take 1 month to complete. There are assignments
to test your competency level. We also conduct this program face to face,
every Wednesday from 7.30pm to 8.30pm.
This is a online and self-pace learning program. You will also be receiving a online certificate
once you have completed the program. This program contents are written based on SDG's frameworks
integrating GRI and IFRS S1 and S2 principles.
Woman Empowerment to support them and motivate them. This program helps to provide
leadership support to their families and children. There are total 8 modules.
There are quizzes, peer discussion, group work, demonstration and role play.
After completing all the modules you will receiving a certificate of achievement.
