Every day relax your mind for 5 mins. Think about what you want to achieve for the day. Being focus at what you want to achieve. Taking baby steps. One steps at a time. Write it down on your notebook or smart phone or using a google calendar to set reminder. Write 1 to 2 things you want to do for the day. Start planning it.
